Twin Six Website Redesign | Space 150
During my time at Space150 I was brought in as a Quality and Usability specialist. I was lucky to have a role that allowed me to use quality assurance as a tool to work through better usability practices along side the service designer on this project.

Goal
Twin Six, A local bike company, came to Space 150 seeking help with a website redesign. They wanted to keep the approach and design simple, usable and transition their experience to a more modern platform that could be responsive and gain more user traffic.
Approach
Working with a digital designer and a service designer as a team we were able to assess what Twin Six had for a website experience. Based on what they had and what we knew users wanted we were able to start ideating on design approach to better fit the needs of what their typical user persona was looking for.
Working alongside the service designer, we worked through the journey both forwards and backwards in order to better understand the all around user experience and the quality of that experience. We wanted to make sure we didn’t miss any part of the process in order to create a seamless shopping experiences.
Results
Not only was Twin Six happy with the results of the redesign, but a jump in user traffic and sales was accounted for over the course for 6 months.
